This provision applies to parliamentary debates and documents. Such information may be used solely for personal, non-profit or professional purposes; any use or reproduction for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly forbidden.

REATION OF LINKS TO WWW.PARLUE2022.FR

The French Presidency of the EU website authorises any website or any other medium to reference it or to install a hypertext link pointing to its content. The authorisation to install a link is valid for any website with the exception of those broadcasting information that is polemical, pornographic, xenophobic in nature or liable, in a broader sense, to cause offence to the general public, or that may be prejudicial in any way to the National Assembly, to its image or to the image of its members as a whole.

USE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY LOGO

Use of the National Assembly logo is reserved for Assembly members for activities directly related to the exercise of their office, and to the departments and bodies of the National Assembly.

Subject to authorisation from the College of Quaestors, the logo may be used jointly with that of other institutions in pursuit of non-profitmaking ends. The logo may not be used for activities with a commercial or purely electoral purpose.

Subject to authorisation from the College of Quaestors, the logo may be used by publishers of textbooks dealing with themes related to the National Assembly.

Under no circumstances may the National Assembly logo be used by lobbyists.

USE OF THE SENATE LOGO

Use of the Senate logo is reserved:
- for the use of senators, for their official correspondence, as part of the exercise of their office;
- to the communication vectors of Senate bodies, for the purpose of communicating on the subject of projects or events over which the Senate, as an institution, exercises real control.

The logo may also be used as part of an event jointly organised by a Senate body and an external partner. The decision on whether use of the logo is appropriate is then left to the Senate representative responsible for the event, of which they must be the co-organiser. This does not, therefore, apply to a simple sponsorship or patronage by the Senate.
